RE: RE: 15:1 RS
I have been a very long term holder of Sonomax and still hold just to break even. As stated in the case study nothing is guaranteed that a reverse split would be beneficial either. All depends on the NRs that come out later. To have a successful reverse split there must be some positive news before and after to keep share holders on board. A positive financial report stating positive cash flow from actual sales would help for starters.
The reason that I am not looking forward to the reverse split is that I have been through a few already all with detrimental effects. It has been a long time since a somewhat of a recovery takes place and only that, the company not only changed names but focus as well. There is another holding that I am watching carefully, that involves a reverse takeover, which in turn will involve a revers split as well. So in closing my experiences with reverse anything is less than pleasant.
I am not holding my share to make any money here. I am just holding to break even from the initial investment and any fees that may incur. I wish all share holders the best and that Sonomax does find it's market.
