Humala not president yet...

Humala not president yet......He takes power July 28th (Peru's national Day), then the real Humala will come out....so far, different versions of Humala for different publics...lately you are getting a decaffenited, light version of Humala (even wearing a suit and tie), but here is a version of the real Humala I met 3 years ago, talking about "the Great Transformation" , this video is in spansh but the interesting part is when he says "The Great Transformation includes a New Constitution that wlll allow the people to recuperate our natural resources":
