Paragraph 4, Section 5 of MD&A for period ended March 31, 2011.

Flow-through exploration funds are being used to finance drilling, exploration programs and related
expenses on the Company’s Quebec properties. Funds have also been reserved for general and
administrative expenses for 2011 and 2012. Present liquidities are sufficient to finance exploration
obligations for the remainder of 2011 and well into 2012.
