I thought management was the most important thing in picking a stock ? I think I`ll trust my money with Farhad who has a great track record as opposed to some cross eyed guy with a 70`s porn moustache

For me the most important thing:

1: asset
2: management
3: ability with findind financing

because if you have nothing in the ground... other things are useless
