Rebel Networks, the wholly owned operating subsidiary of American Diversified Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets:ADHC) announced that it has been selected by King Masonary Yard Ltd as the vendor to host their operation applications in the cloud. Rebel Networks has successfully moved their Microsoft Exchange (email Services), Blackberry Enterprise Services, as well as their Intuit Quickbooks accounting online with Citrix Services. The final phase will be moving their Voicemail (PBX) system to the owaCLOUD and making King Masonary Yard operate fully in the cloud. Financial terms were not disclosed.
