RE: Dividend Info

RE: Dividend InfoJune 24 2011 response to my requests: Dividends come from capital gains therefore this fund has a high turn-over rate. Therefore, if the make-up of MMP's portfolio changes, distributions may differ even after a 12 month dividend is declared.

Good Afternoon Mr. Spazzman

In terms ofa distribution increase, we evaluate the portfolio on a yearly basis, the boardof directors make decisions during this process to increase or decreasedistributions. So this is a possibility, but we can’t give you a definiteanswer as of now. Any change in distribution will be made public with a pressrelease.

It will be reviewed and announced shortly. Please check out our press releases periodically on our website: www.sentry.ca
