What could happen at a BER AGM?
What could happen at a BER AGM?It does bring retail and major investors together to vote on critical issues that effect the company. This is what could happen at a BER AGM.
What happens if there is no attendance at a BER AGM?
Well if there were only 3 retail investors attending the first piece of business is to suspend and reschedule the AGM for maybe July 6, 2011.
What if no big investors attend the AGM?
There could be no big investors at the BER AGM.
Well basically if BER failed to get the 33% proxy return then the show is a no go. That is why it could be July 6.
Who could attend the AGM from the BER side?
Well there might of been our consultant/promoter and a relative. Mr. and Mrs President. Our new investor relations person, Steve the computer man. The BER lawyer. A promoter from Calgary. The BER secretary. Lot's of insiders.
What could be talked about when no one show's up for a BER AGM?
Well many things could of been talked about like....
The Sullivan Ranch project might be suspended.
BER could be looking for a partner/merger going forward.
Could be some management changes coming.
BER could want to drill 3 holes at Iron mountain and 1 or 2 at Berma before the end of the year.
It could be an extremely tight lipped meeting.
It could be possible that no information was supplied, no food, no coffee, no meeting, no comments were supplied.
Big investors could of decided to stay away.
There could be some sort of power struggle going on. This possibly could not be good. What struggle could it be?
What could we have to look forward to on July 6, 2011 AGM?
Well hopefully we will have some bigger investors show up.
Well hopefully we will have more to talk about other then problems.
Well hopefully will get more then the 33% proxy in.
If not BER is drift wood.
I have seen this before. When investor's are upset things change. Management, the consultants that think they control the stock, many things.
Now only if I knew exactly what went on we could understand what direction BER is heading.
I am sure it will be much clearer on July 6, 2011 when our second annual AGM takes place. Look forward to a more clear path and not assumptions. Cheers.
