Go publicIf, after sober second thought and such, you guys really want to provoke a confrontation and demand better accountability, issue a media release on behalf of "a group of shareholders who have lost faith in current management". Cite the litany of missed deadlines, the dismal share performance, the lack of accountability, etc., and make your demands. There are probably enough people of same mind on this board to constitute an impressive number of shares, and from what I read of the AGM others may join an organized revolt. But be prepared: if the accusations and demands gain traction, it's impossible to predict where it might go. Be sure before you start anything that you know exactly what you want and how far you're prepared to go to get it. You would be threatening people with lots of lawyers at their disposal.
This is just an idea. Though I work in PR I have virtually no experience with the investment industry so make no claim to knowing how appropriate or effective such a tactic might be in this particular situation. Reporters will recognize you are attempting to use them to lever your position (media and their sources are in a symbiotic relationship), so they'll ignore you if they don't think you are newsworthy.
I hold only a few shares, but am down enough to be PO'd about management's apparent attitude toward shareholders.
