Nothing has changed since last weeks US$ propagandOn Gold and Gold stocks...Gold is up this morning about $12, from it.s close of $-13.....so more or less even from friday so far...Last week was advertised as the rebirth of US$, AND THE DEATH OF GOLD..Nothing could be further from the actual truth...I will say this as long as Gold remains around $1500 US an ounce, no matter what propaganda , negative campaigns, and scare mongering- Gold and the Gold stocks --NOTHING will work as long as GOLD holds that $1500.00, which it has withheld at least 4 times in the past month or so......
we have heavy duty "things" upcoming for the US$ , and I expect Gold to renew its move UP, as people become worried about US$ stability, due in part by upcoming US$ rate hikes, to sustain the US$, as only a first measure to prop it up....I remember in the 70.s it took rates of up to 22%, ti finally have an effect of holding up the alledged value of US$....
This time however, I don.t beleive they have the fortitude, /power to undertake such an axtremely dangerous step in todays world economy , but at the same time I cannot see them just sitting and watching their US$ almost collapse...
What will they do in the end ?we shall soon ebough find out....whatever it is they will do, I can assure you all, that it will greatly benefit Gold and hard assests...paper moneys will burn...hope you all are prepared for its...interesting times indeed...
