RE: Upgrades Starting!!!what .... they had it at a buy at $14 and now outperform at sub $4 .... that's a joke .... they are either manipulators shorting your shares and then selling them back to you or they know nothing!!! ARF is paying a high price interest rate wise for a little more flexibility .....
