The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Citi Analyst comments on PCY

Another recent entrant to the coal producer league table is Prophecy Coal (CVE:PCY),a thermal coal producer that recently started exports from its UlaanOvoo mine, in Mongolia, to the Republic of Buryatia, in Russia. TheUlaan Ovoo coal mine, which began production this year and has thus farproduced 200,000 tonnes of coal year to date, has measured and indicatedmineral resources of 208 million tonnes. To date, more than $25 millionhas been committed or invested in the equipment and commissioning ofthe mine.
