Shorters having tough time !!

Shorters having tough time !!
- Borrowing shares... "Remember Carson Block said that he is having trouble researching Chinese companies as it is becoming hard to borrow shares of these companies that he wants to go short".

- Also there was an article a few days ago that talked about some institutional funds/banks calling back shares of TRE that they had lent out to shorters.

- Add to that, the Wellington news today..... and I believe this is now setting up a "perfect storm" for the shorts. There has been press releases today on pretty much all news outlets (even G&M) talking about the Wellington stake in TRE. This might be the "turning point" on this stock, much the same way as it happened for Harbin Electric, when its price recovered after the news about its private take out was confirmed.

- Reading through the Wellington news release, it mentions that they have been buying TRE on behalf of their investment advisory clients. I have no idea who these "clients" are but I think they definitely know something "material" that the market does not know about.....maybe like a private buyout or a takover by a competitor....

- I have, as of today, started a position in TRE (@ 4.55) which I have intention to hold for a few months....This will be the first time I am holding TRE overnight....but let's just say that I am feeling comfortable about this for a "position" trade.

- July is going to be a crucial month for TRE.... I will like to see the share price potentially running to close the gap in $8 - $14 range.... Although, with Wellington coming in,  TRE can very well go back to where it was a few months ago ($20 - $25).....but that might take a little more time than a couple of months.

GLTA...
