If your last paragraph is correct it might be a marvelous niche opportunity for the company. The supportive community, loyal employees and existing licenses should make it easier for them to get the necessary permits.

Another option might be partially modeling themselves after Clean Harbors which seems to be doing quite well.

Should be some interesting times ahead for the new management to impress all with their competence.

Can you please explain your third paragraph as you know something about some projects I have never heard of?
