Evidence does not support this POV. Warburg Pincus has invested after an extensive due diligence. The team that has now been assembled has gone through the FDA approval process before and a bent on doing it right the first time.
At this point, the sp suffers from the lack of news. This is likely to change by the end of the year when the clinical path is delineated and endorsed by the FDA; the second tranche from WP is in hand; and the stock is listed on NASDAQ.
Hang in tough is you can. But, if you can't, take the loss and get out. It ain't worth being sick over.
