High insider ownership makes a hostile takeover much less likely, thwarting an overpriced market darling like Tourmaline from  making a predatory, low ball,  all paper offer for CLT. I see in the future, a friendly all cash deal by a big company looking for liquids rich gas. Possibilities include Encana, Shell, Exxon, Apache, Talisman, BP, EOG etc
