RE: RE: RE: Buyers chasing bidsThen they sell thermopotash for 180/ton, 1/3 the price of KCI which thermo is probably better then KCI. With a little marketing however I think they should be able to increase that price as the brazilian marketplace becomes aware of the benefits.
Either way its a winner, Cambridge success = $20+ stock in 2012, Cambridge unsuccess = $15 stock in 2012.
The reason the stock dropped so rapidly was more the fact that the stock was up 10x in a year and investors looking for any reason to sell. The "any reason to sell" was the carrot study which showed thermo was equivalent to KCI, and i guess investors wanted more. But that study in particular was a shorter duration study that didn't showcase the slow release nature of Thermo vs KCI which is where thermo beats KCI hands down.
I'll also point out that Verde is a very tightly held stock which you can see in the daily/weekly fluctuations. Unlike most canadian listed stocks which almost all have 100m+ shares outstanding, Verde's management seems to actually care about shareholder dilution and building shareholder value which is nice to see.
