Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. RE: management shift

I have served in the military, in two different countries, and have been in management in industry. In both those jurisdictions I have found that whenever there was an issue with credibility or performance the fault ALWAYS lay at the leadership's feet.

Given the low level of the SP, despite the constant drip of positive results, I'm afraid the management of this company is responsible for the lackluster performance of the stock.
