You're right, with resumed trading nothing to stop him. That's why I thought they would keep it halted but obviosly were not allowed to do that. So if alex offered enough to gain back control would he be able to stop the Look action. I'm thinking not and that's why the new guys have done this. Just a big game of chess lol. To get enough shares to gain back control I would think he would have to offer at least half to what the final payout to shareholders would be if the court were to make him put back the money  they absconded with. What would that be 15 - 20 cents maybe a little higher? But I would imagine he would start much lower than that probably 7 - 8 cents and I imagine he would get quite a few takers but hopefully not enough to gain control.
