RE: Ken Bates said they have been producing

RE: Ken Bates said they have been producingGodman...agree with all points, but one.

IMO, and based on the way other buy-outs have happened in coal and other small and mid-caps, I believe a few large US based coal companies have eyes on the New Elk mine. But, I don't believe they will make an offer until they see the production goals. It is IMO that once these highlights are released (as you have outlined) contracts, blue steam operational, miners in and production, this news will support a large stock price increase above all time highs.......then once a full quarter at the increased production levels is announced you will see another pop.....IMO it is then in Q1-2012 when a major will step in after site visits and production and contracts in place at $300 per ton coal when a buy-out will happen. All of this IMO will all happen before the first half of next year - so not really that long to wait for all this to happen.

$2.40 - $2.75 - to September
pop to $3-$4 in very short order once news is released as outlined
above $5 - $6 when first full increased production quarter annouced or confirmation of production guidance met
After that its trending up Dec - through - Feb above $6
Then buy-out annouced - not sure but based on my own thoughts and figures above $8

This means a nice 4-5 x bagger by late April if they hit plan in the next year......all the while fully funded until then, and no debt for major to take on with buy-out. Even if a small CL or equity issue after that would be at much higher stock price and a non-issue.

One thing I fully agree with is this is the time to accumulate as the back half is going to be great!

Just my thoughts and do your own DD......everyone
