never mentionned to vote Mark out... BUT keeping him would mean that things would change (remuneration, dedication to the company / shareholders , etc.). Who knows, maybe Mark is tired having this clown side to him!! And maybe Jacques "friends" are not so dumb, wants to make money with their investment and finally realise that Levesque is an hurdle to this... Lots of shareholders are in this for years now and are pissed off of the actual situation. I'm not so sure that Levesque would have 30 million votes!! How to convince these shareholders??? Having a strong plan and most important, a convincing presentation at the AGM.

let say we wait for the next AGM, (it could be in 2012, still a long way there...), we need to be ready and have a plan IF nothing happens until that day... A potential CFO, remuneration / promotion / marketing plan, etc. This year I wont give my votes to Hatchette, nothing has changed since the last AGM. We need to be there or at least find a spoke person that want to shake things and that he's not related to the Directors...
Time to change things, to shake those losers!!!
