There will be no more suing or courts, HBM is smart enough to have kept their books closed for a reason - they do not want to embarrass their shareholders, the public or these goofy analysts like John Hughes! My opinion is this will be settled once and for all very shortly and their is no doubt in the world that HBM will finally have to pay a premium for something they need (the mines - 777& Warbaby) and want (closure of the lawsuit) without every Tom, Dick and Harry knowing what really went on with those (cooked) books!
P.S. Look on the bright side once they settle - the monkey is off their back and they have just increased shareholder value so much more!
