RE: ... all uphill from here ??Rolfoto,
I agree CUM has had a tough time trying to break the $8 barrier and into new highs. Call it chart patterns and technicals or whatever you want, it seems that we are in a stagnant zone right now waiting for something to happen. Even the market makers on this company are making it obvious- basically are 3 or 4 houses are largely trading the stock with some significant crosses occurring. It is sure nice to hear reports of trucks being loaded and hopefully spotted on the highway or at the shipping terminal but somehting larger has to occur to get this stock moving - obviously an official mine opening and productionstart-up announcement would help, but also some news on other developments ie. drilling & explorattion results, or expansion of the resource base, or a decision for a listing of the company on a US Exchange.
We all know that this company will be a money monster generator and all signs point to higher copper prices which will only add to the profitability of the company. However we may be waiting for a coupe of quarters for news on this front to be published . I am also aware of the seasonal trend which makes this time of the year poor for any significant upward movement on these base metal stocks, and it won't be until Sept or so before we see the market activity increase significantly again. However, I am hoping that management is progressive in their thinking in terms of adding value in the near term. I would hate to see the stock drift again into the $6 range, as too much progress has been made to date on the development of this company. Now, I know there will be the response of "well that will allow you to back up the truck and buy more at a cheaper price," but some of us don't need to average down or day-trade the stock. I think we have been with the company for awhile and want to see continued growth and have this reflected in the advancement of the share price. Congratulations to CUM and continued success in the near future. Not too many companies can say they have done what you have achieved, but now it is time to tell the story to the "world" , it is amazing how many people haven't heard about it.
