UBS Raises To Buy from Neutral-Today

Also Energy Corp has a $30.00 price target and Santander earlier this month has a price target above $30.00 I think. I wonder what it will take for PRE to reverse its downtrend and reach these more positive targets. Does anyone think that the $25.00 level of support will hold?
