Please share your wisdom. If this deal has no chance in going through, why is it that all votes were passed in favour of management in the annual meeting. Shouldn’t the vote to keep management and the evergreen purchase be tied together? Yes I know that only 27% voted. The postal strike cannot be blamed. Ok maybe for some retail holders but I would think this is relevantly small. The big holders would definitely vote no if they wanted to. Why the hell would you allow the clowns (management) to continue to be in the game if you thought the deal would not get done. To keep running this into the ground?? And all the failed attempts to sell the company.
