Insertion of Artifact into Cheney9 blowhole should have :
3 Radians, and a length of 30 Centimetres, Inserted at an angle of 31.4degrees upon
initial insertion then 60.9 degrees for subsequent insertions.
Its roughly the same proceedure as with the Sashagoose. except we go by the blowhole
and not the p-hol.
that should shut Rumblin Cheney for some time .
