Curve, I know you are very proud of your trading success in MGP, be so and congrats! I have also had some successful trading in MGP, but my tactic nowadays is to try trading with a part of my position until I brake even and then I keep my "free" shares in a longer perspective. The thing is that I have hated myself so many times during my 15 years as an investor for selling too early. I have left positions fully satisfied they've doubled just to sit aside seeing them going double or triple from my exit level. That I believe is worse than facing a loss!
Like you, I am very plus in MGP already thanks to trading, the difference is just that I was never all out. If we strike a HG deposit on Headway the coming month, I still have a lot of shares that you could buy for dollars.
