RE: RE: RE: RE: tibutch threats LOLti-butch i am my own persona. no multiple aliases. if you have gone through my posts you know that i give credit where credit is due, wether it be to other posts or even to AL. i also don't chase you from board to board to board.
more often than not i do come down hard on GEM and AL, and if you go through my history you'll see i do that when they become stagnant or fail to release pending news. most notably i was quite hard on GEM sometime ago (maybe 2 september's ago) for no updates on about 6 or 7 items and shortly after they made a news release updating the items i was so critical about. i am a shareholder. i dont believe in shorting.
over the years on this board there is a group of 6 that come on here, eventually they either go or get suspended. i have never left nor have i ever been suspended.
i dont support posts or posters that routinely, lets say "pump" a stock vs. "bash". there are two sides to each story and both postive and negative need to be reported - in the world of internet, so many people can have blogs that completely pump up companies with out both sides of the story and these bloggers are typically renumerated. reading something more negative or "bashing" forces me to do more thinking and better assess risk.
i agree with you that options are legal and fair, but morally, i believe that companies have an obligation to continually show progress and i believe that insider selling is not good for a share price or the shareholder - if they believed in what they were doing as a company they would hold on to their shares.
if i was ever approached by the SEC, i whole heartedly accept the challenge - the SEC approaching me would have forced GEM's hand in getting the Roscoe report out - i already know this for fact - i wals already taking steps to force their hand. i dont think that the SEC chasing bashers would not be in the best interest for GEM.
i know nothing of SLTA and have told you in private emails that i dont invest in venture resource companies with properties outside of North America.
i know i've called you out, maybe called you a name or two or three or four, but consider it a challenge, not a duel and keep posting. everyone should have their say.
