RE: RE: RE: BNN Top Pick: $65.13 targetAcker's funds are basically an in index performer...  he rebalances holdings and buys the bottom performers every month but rarely have his stocks met their model prices.... its just true... but to his credit, his low picks usually go higher so likely upwards... i still believe its too early to buy and that 37ish to be revisited b4 fall rally...

do you believe 95 oil is the bottom?   i don't...
