CMK having RECOVERABLE ECONOMICALLY 80 mt x $ 180/T their theoretical sale price today = $ 14.4 B in ground by today;s price .

Divide TO value of that by the usual 1/100 of the "in ground"= $150 m for CMK reserve ( way too much - they paid just $ 25m for it and increased to say $ 30 m)

Add the $ 150 m they sunk in the hole ( less buying it for say $ 30m ) = $ 300m
