RE: Imagine what it would doTrue but that's just not going to happen.  In any company the large number of options given to management act as a disincentive to buy shares.  Why risk your own money buying a few shares when you're sitting on a huge  pile of options which cost you nothing? 

In fairness in most small companies because options are being given out the salaries are not that large and management really do not have a lot of spare cash available for buying stock and consequently don't buy much.
