RE: SCG Current Short Interest Shares 3.81 MMaybe someone already pointed this out, but there were 110.05M shares outstanding at March 31, 2011, and according to svosteve's post, there are 114.71M outstanding at July 12. Seems like there have been some warrants exercised. The senior loan facility (see March 21, 2011 news release) had around 3M warrants expiring July 18, 2011 (see latest financial statements) with
.25,
.30 and
.35. Could explain the shares. And some of the sell off.
