(TSX:ICI)(OTCQX:ICMTF)("Inter-Citic" or "the Company") President and CEO James Moore, ispleased to announce that the Company has engaged Standard CharteredSecurities (North America) Inc. and Standard Chartered Bank ("StandardChartered") to advise the Company and its Board of Directors inconnection with the ongoing review of the Company's strategy, capitalstructure and future financing alternatives, including evaluating andadvising on the appropriateness of listing the Company's shares on theHong Kong Stock Exchange.
