I found this stock from RBC

I found this stock from RBC
RBC has this as a recent upgrade from BUY to STRONG BUY, (highest possible score of 1).

I did some checking with a couple other websites to get a better idea of where analysts think this one is at, but they do not have this stock rated at all.... could be one RBC Analyst giving it an outstanding rating!
