Toubani Resources Ltd is an Australia-based exploration and development company. The Company is focused on advancing gold development projects with its oxide dominant Kobada Gold Project. The Kobada Gold Project is located in southern Mali, approximately 125 kilometers (kms) on a straight-line south-southwest of the capital city, Bamako, and is situated adjacent to the Niger River and the international border with Guinea. The Kobada Gold Project is based on one mining exploitation permit (Kobada) of 136 square kilometers (km2) and two exploration permits (Faraba and Kobada Est) of 77 km2 and 45 km2. The Kobada main deposit hosts 2.4 million ounces (Moz) of predominantly free-dig, oxide gold over a strike extent of 4.5 kilometers, which is also open at depth with mineralization open down dip. Toubani Resources Mali SARL is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

It's nice to see there are forests to have little disputes over.    Again, I have difficulty picturing the act of measuring a forest as a crime and if it is, it's likely not too serious given that you can't easily see boundary lines in a tract of forest.   Very likely, adjoining trees were TRE owned and some employees accidentally stepped over some boundaries.   This, to me is not remotely serious in the scope of an operation of this size.   You're blowing it far out of proportion and we all know why.

As to affecting price movement -- no, I don't drive the SP.   However, I can definitely bring some reason/calm to some investors/traders in the midst of attempts to induce panic.   This does drive the SP but it does help people stick to their guns.   You've obviously spent quite a bit of time dredging up an article in Chinese from April with something remotely critical to say.   This tells me that you actually take this bashing business pretty seriously.   Why spend all the time if you don't think it matters?
