RE: Donner Metals deal
RE: Donner Metals dealSorry, I left out the bonus shares of Donner Metals that Sandstorm receives. 6.4 million shares at current price of 30 cents a shares, plus $1.4 million worth of Donner shares to be delivered next year. If this mine goes into production, as Sandstorm is betting, these 10 million Donner shares should go through the roof. That makes the copper deal look better.
How much cash will Sandstorm have after these acquisitions and the private placement? They currently have $23.4 million cash plus $25 private placement in August equals $48.4 million. Take away $20 million to Donner and $15 million to Thunderbird leaves Sandstorm with $13.4 million in working capital. Just enough for another smaller streaming transaction, especially if revenues are strong from the coal streams the rest of this year.
Thunderbird is due another $10 million in May, 2012.
