The Company’s primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve these objectives by investing primarily in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) rated BB. In addition, the Company may invest up to 35% of its total assets (at the time of investment) in CLO equity securities and other securities and instruments that are consistent with its investment objectives. The Company may also invest in other securities and instruments objectives such as securities issued by other securitization vehicles. The Company may also invest in other junior debt tranches of CLOs, senior debt tranches of CLOs, loan accumulation facilities (LAF) and other related securities and instruments. Living in the past

Living in the pastI don`t understand all those worried about earnings results coming out .. We knew back in March the results would be about - .45, way below expectations..As I said a few days ago folks, don`t worry about the past... Whats this outfit going to do from here on... If I look ahead there appears to be more good news than bad... Contracts, product rollouts, awards for products etc... Unlike most techies today this one actually has real products it sells...This thing has recovered a couple of times in the past and will again. I say its a clean sweep. Improved sales and profits will come if you wait. The problem with tech stocks and novice investors is that everyone has the " sudden pop " syndrom. If it doesn`t rocket in a couple of days its a dog...
