2.0M shares went to Inwentash via Pinetree Capital (Inwentash is big on precious metals, and holds additional securities of INM)

1.6M shares went to other known pro groups

The PP was extremely oversubscribed. Mr. Inwentash wasn`t able to fill his quota via the PP subscription. He had to buy another million shares via the open market and paid $.65 (far higher than the subscription price of $.30).
