I am sorry I really meant high water table as the issue and agreed the flooding stopped them last time. My fault as many were asking me about low tide at the time....just reversed the words.

So AdamJT - do you feel comfortabe with us mining...just how being the question. There is no mutual fund that will out perform AAA over the next 5-10 years if we mine. I am looking at retirement in 4-7 years and though I would not draw off of this investment for some time, anything over $8 per share in that time frame puts me on easy street.

Sorry for my wording error, I was being pestered about low tide so all the kids could scavenge the beach.
