TA confirms fundamental disaster
--Wm%R - approaching ,but not oversold yet .
When Wm%R goes into oversold territorry it tends to stay
oversold for long time .As long as 2 months.
Opposite to overbought - it stays there for just couple of days.and PPS tanks right away
-- same stoch - not oversold yet ,still tanking
-- 50 DMA diving under sharp angle .
--Below of course 200, 50 ,20 , even 10 DMA
--
Accum- distrib LOWEST IN A YEAR .Even lower than at $2.05 low
--Chi osc. = 2.5 m shares more sold balance than bought
--on balance vol approaching 6 months low - again near low on$ 2.05
--diving on aver vol . 4 red sticks in last 5 days
--Chi money outflow deepening
--momentum stalled, RSi reversing
FUNDAMAENTAL DISASTER CONFIRMED BY TA DISASTER
If the trend will continue = will break the lows = dive off cliff below $ 2 in few days
When below $ 2 -- many funds are not allowed to hold penny stocks.
The dive towards $ 1.5 shall be sharp.

POSCO won't buy POS LOOOOL
POSCO will rather pay $ 181 m for 20% undeveloped FT project costing $800m
than buy whole CMK at $ 500m,or 20% @ $ 100m
geeesus ... THE PRO HAS SPOKEN
Coal quality do count. a LOT.
Eig
en said : "ALLEN SEAM<< is a MUCH BETTER coal than the >>BLUE SEAM
<< from an economic recovery and quality basis.
Unfortunately, MOST of our resource base is with the >>BLUE SEAM"
Here a clue why in the, past coke from Allen seam had just enough strength
to qualify as met coal and Blue may not .
16m overburden pressure on coal in Blue didn't compact it as hard as 100m in Allen
Blue = more coal but shittier .
Maybe even shittier enough to get only thermal price for it.
In addition to garbage in the coal itself , there is more garbage
because of aver low thickness of seam
To maintain shaft height higher than seam - must cut garbage above/ below seam.

The similarities to Cline's NECC are uncanny. ( comparable mine)
" $111 million to revamp the mine, providing some cost comparisons."
Exactly what I am saying for months - since I saw the LIE of $60m caoex.
comparable CMK = $222m + 25 m rail = 250m +20 port
=275m
CMK got so far $60mm Dec + $ 86 m May + optios sale = $ 150m
$ 120m short = MORE DILUTION And months .
SEEMS, THEY ARE HARDLY ABOVE 1/2 WAY .TO 3MT.
MEANS NO MORE THAN 1.5 MT /2012
= 1.2 MT OF IT unsaleable lol met.
AND $ 1.5 PPS

PORT DREAMS
Port expansion costs see WTE
Sustained capex in last couple of years $ 49 m
+ $ 45m to expand 29mt to 33mt = up to $ 10m cost per 1 mt of expansion.
So, CC expansion by 30mt = $ 300m .
More because they would need to go from 1 berth /50-70kt to like 8- 10 of them.
At break -neck speed of loading CONTINUOSLY -UNINTERRUPTED... LOL
300 days x 2 ships / day x 50kt they can load max 3mt /Y
T
o do 30mt /y = 10 such berths ( 2 times more than ALL the existing CC port terminals LOL )
= 10 ship loaders + stackers etc x $ 50m each setup
Or build berths well into sea = allowing bigger ships.
The CC bulk wharf is deep inland = shallow, narrow waterway
CMK aiming most at Asia means Panamamax = 50-70 kt
.-the smallest ships anyways.
No CC space on land for such a pile like WTE has .
https://financialpostbusiness.files.wordpress.com/2010/09/m-sun0608b-port3.jpg?w=620
You are looking at WTE $1.6 b installation here = 28mt capacity
CC???..... geeesus
You are looking at 2 mt of coal pile here
CMK must digg 5.5 mt ROM to produce 3mt clean coal pile.
almost triple what's on picture. geeeesus
Westshore with 3 berths u
p to 260kt ships , plenty of stackers ( TENS OF $ M ) ,
RAIL CAR DUMPERS (ANOTHER $ TENS OF M ) ,5 times bigger loader
133-acre (54-hectare) site.
Loading rev = $ 8.8 /t
29mt capacity - never loaded more than 25mt
Environmental Systems: Steelmaking Coal
* A series of high water spray poles, strategically placed, surrounds the storage area to keep the steelmaking coal damp and minimize dust;
* Water can be added to the steelmaking coal along the conveyor system to minimize dust as the steelmaking coal is moved on the site;
* A water spray truck is used for mobile perimeter dust control;
* A water collection system for on-site water treatment is used to collect and treat excess water before it leaves the terminal; and
* A noise control silencer has been installed on the wet scrubber. A wet scrubber is used to reduce dust while rail cars are being unloaded.
Environmental Systems: Dry Bulk
* An extensive network of dust collection equipment, including wet and dry scrubbers, is used to remove dust from the air at conveyor transfer points;
* Water used in the dry bulk system is treated before entering the Metro Vancouver sewer system; vs CMK bare lot
and an outhouse. LOL
* Our rail facility has an180-metre-long (600 feet) trackside noise barrier and automatic track lubrication is used to reduce rail squeal; and
* Flexible canvas shrouded cascade chutes are used at each ship loader to minimize dust as products are being loaded into the vessel.

chart entitled “Real mega-bears”, an inflation-adjusted overlay of three secular bear markets
. It aligns the current S&P 500 from the top of the tech bubble in March 2000,
the Dow from 1929 peak, and the Nikkei 225 from its 1989 bubble high.
“This chart is consistent with my preference for real (inflation-adjusted) analysis
of long-term market behavior.
The nominal all-time high in the index occurred in October 2007,
but when we adjust for inflation, the ‘real’ all-time high for the S&P 500 occurred in March 2000.
