In my humble opinion they overpaid for the various components of the business in the past but this is being dealt with slowly but surely by the new (excellent) management team. The synergies were slow in coming but are starting to coalasce better now.
I think that it has been (is) a hard task to meld the disparate entities of DA into a more efficient "family" but they seem to be methodically pulling it off.
The generally low volume remains a bit of a concern of mine but I'm thinking of bulking up on this one some more.
