RE: RE: RE: RE: link for Poyry valuation

RE: RE: RE: RE: link for Poyry valuationI'm not sure if you have been part of an audit process before.   My experience during external audits with companies that I've worked for is that experts gather up documents from the client and they, based on extensive experience, come in and inspect elements of the business that they feel will be most revealing and will support (or not support) the company's claims.   In TRE's case, this comprises plantations visits to locations of the auditors choosing and interviews with forestry bureaus.   During these plantation visits, they would see the workforce, physical assets and equipment and obviously would smell a rat if things were awry.   They do not, and cannot inspect every asset.   They also cannot take legal responsibility/liability for a company's business structure particular when they are signed up to do a technical evaluation.  They do not run the company or its intermediaries.   They are one part of the picture but I feel that they are an important part.

Again, the report is worth a read.   I'm going to leave it at that because people are intelligent here and can draw their own conclusions.   They should do so.
