RE: Mosaic buying DAN??It is too early for either Mosaic or Agrium or the Chinese to make a move at this stage.  Normally potential acquirers like these wait until the pre-feasibility study is published (expected in August) at the earliest, and possibly the feasibility study (expected in early 2012).  

I think the price at that time will be several multiples of what it is today, but these people do not mind paying more and being sure of what they are buying, rather than paying less and be surprised later on.

I think what is happening today is one or more smart funds are positioning themselves for the potential big moves in the next few months, as the various studies are published. 

Don't forget that the pre-feasibility study will not include titanium, while it is my understanding the feasibility study will.  The latter could therefore be a quantum jump over the net present value in the pre-feasibility study, although that will be quite robust on its own.  This is just the beginning.  One has to be patient and 9 months is not a long time to wait.
