RE: RE: RE: RE: Management compensationDilution is a problem with all oil juniors. I am not too concerned with management salaries because it is not material to the finaniclal health of TPL although it is somewhat irritating.?½?½ I guess it is good that Robson is well fed, well paid and well rested to steer the ship.
I have to give oilandgas his dues because he has pegged the support at one dollar.?½ If he was my fiannical advisor?½I would not be in?½a loss position with TPL.?½ However, he does not have the experience as Darcy does (nor do I), so Darcy has brought some exceptional context to what is going on.?½?½His ?½view only substantiates the analysis opinion about TPL.?½ It is a red herring though talking about management salaries.
Everone knows that oil juniors is a very risky business.?½ Even though I am in?½ a loss position,?½ not too much has changed with my view on the propects of TPL.?½ We all know those companies that became very successful and wished we got in at the beginning.?½ TPL has the possibility of being one of those companies.?½
Clearly they have brought in Sarassam to deal with the now more?½complex?½Doris and this is a good thing.
They?½will ramp up in the next 4-5 months and get a production contract in Q1 2012.?½ Then,?½ there wil be siginificant cashflow to support further?½exploration. Doris will keep TPL flush with cash ?½for a very long time. ?½I beleve that TPL will try not to further dilute, if they can't get the share price up, until they get cashflow into positive territory even if that means suspending exploration for a few months.?½?½TPL is probably?½ fairly confident now with AKD06.?½
I will say this to you though ?½oilandgas, if you are goiing to try and peg when to get in, then it will be complete luck?½if you catch the updraft.?½?½?½?½You don't know the day the press release will come which will send TPL off ?½because there?½is so?½much going on.?½ (Although I never thought it would go to a dollar either)?½
