RE: RE: DepthOn a scale of 1-10 (10 being best), in terms of investor relations and shareholder communications, Halo rates a 3 (they have been fairly consistent at issuing press releases - even if they don't always use the major wires). 

I believe they had/have a great story, but management either refuses, or is incapable, of telling/selling it.

Almost as valuable as the property itself is the shareholder base, however, I don't think they grasp that concept.

The stock market works based on perceived value which drives demand and in turn share price appreciation.
