Clarify something for me?

Clarify something for me?The Frontier news release dated July 4 implies that IFR is part of the of the new lands acquired by Husky....but is it?  Or does the news release only restate the pre-existing partnership lands and the significance of the SDLs.  Is it important?  My first instinct is that it is important but not as important as if they we partners in Husky's new land award?   If partners in the new land, IFR would need to have a big war chest for seismic and exploration; at 10% they'd be in for >$30,000,000 over five years.   the current account is significantly underfunded which leads me to believe three things:
1) the new land allocation to Husky does not include IFR;
2) some significant fund raising and dilution may be coming soon to fund any work Husky may be doing on the SDL lands; and
3) the funds in the current bank account are going to disappear shortly.

Any rebuttal welcome?
