RE: RE: Shell sells out of Mackenzie DeltaWould Shell back out of this because of the risk associated with harder north conditions?  On the other hand, why would the pipeline be contemplated unless the risk was one worth taking?  Am I misreading the risk factors?  Can any of the experts answer on this from a technical standpoint?  This would be appreciated.
