great short?there is a rights issue under way, which will result in 19,077,889,332 new shares!
Currently there are 5,299,413,620 in issue.
Issue price is € .10. 
One ADR equal 4 shares. 
US$ 1,24 equals a € ..22 per share
nice premium!
