RE: MAN-IPO May 19, 2011There is only one class of share and before the float, there were already 22.9m shares in issue.
According to the Q3 Financial Report, there were 16.6m shares at July 31, 2009. A private placement at 30 cents
and debt settlement at 25 cents raised this to 17.1m by July 31, 2010. Between that date and April 2011, another private placement at 25 cents raised another 5m+ shares taking it up to 28.9m shares after the IPO.
Fully diluted it will be 34.8m after 3m warrants at 65 cents and 2.9m options at 40 cents. The warrants will bring in nearly C$2m if exercised.
