The chart will not tell anything about the HRG,  but the financial information tell otherwise.     I don't think it is Severstal try to keep the price down but it is different group people try to keep the price down by playing the Severstal or Russia Card.    It is the Russia, so it is said in Globe and Mail.     This stock will not go to far because the uncertainty in Bad Russia try to steal your shares.     Anyway in the short term nothing will go for the stock but in 2 to 3 years this stock will be more than $3.    It is all in the number, cash flow, production #, and so on.   In 2 to 3 years this stock will have more cash in hand than current market value.
