People are living longer. This is a burden on most countries. Let me tell you from experience; if the Government can pass on spending to others, they will. I will speak of Canada and a few examples. Many communities are isolated and are under the guidance of Nurse Practitioners who are lacking in equipment. If skin cancer is suspected, the patient must be sent to a major city and if more investigation is required, the cost rises substantially. $30,000. dollars could be eaten up by one visit from an isolated community. ....I doubt that every GP in the country will have one but I bet every hospital in every community would have one. For anything or treatment that is invasive, there will be a  Physician directing from great distances. In this way the Practitioner could do the work saving air fare, lodging and other expensive tests. In other countries  it would be the same..............Also, the cost of the units will in all probability come down significantly after several years of success. Why is the sp at 70 cents? I have no idea unless this is just where it closed. Lets see what happens at the open. Then we have the shorts and the wannabes who will monkey around with the sp and turn the board into a nightmare................Remember that shorts serve a purpose. I know, I know! What purpose could they have. Well from my experience they keep the play honest. It a stock rises sharply on hot air, the shorts will move in and knock it down to where is should be. The stock will then rise on it's own merit. So if it moves up too fast on little news, be prepared............Nobody can be blamed for promoting what they feel is a good play. Shorts are savy investors so they have a handle on it as well. Probably before others.............A slow rise on the plays merit will do all investors well. A solid foundation is key. If the push upward is strong they will lose or not bother................ They do take advantage of other investors and can cause some to sell and lose a lot of money. On the other hand, many shorts lose or go broke on their first year. Shorting takes a knack that must be developed through experience.................Having said all of that, I have taken a position and will see it through come hell or high water.
